The Role – Bilingual Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you’ll combine creative marketing skills with a strong customer focus. As Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital content, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials
Maintain and update website and social media channels
Support digital marketing efforts and track performance metrics
Respond to customer queries and manage order processes
Organise events and trade shows
About You
You’ll have experience in marketing and customer service with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
You will ideally have:
French and/or Spanish fluency essential
Marketing qualification (preferred)
1–3 years’ experience in marketing or customer service
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
