Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Learning Lead to design, deliver and evaluate leadership, management, and personal development programmes across Provide Community.
You will lead the Provide Community Corporate Induction and champion development for all colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and digital learning solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll ensure learning initiatives align with organisational values and strategy, driving colleague growth and capability.
This role sits within the Talent and Learning team and requires the post holder to demonstrate creativity, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to make Provide Community a leading organisation where colleagues deliver outstanding experiences for patients and service users.
Main duties of the Learning Lead role are:
• To deputise for the Learning Manager – Health as necessary within agreed guidelines at both internal and external events
• Design, deliver and evaluate Talent and Learning programmes for Provide in areas including (but not limited to) leadership development and management essentials, personal development, talent development and coaching and mentoring that link to Provide’s vision and the Talent and Learning strategy
• Lead on the delivery of Provide’s Corporate Induction and work with the Learning Adviser to ensure each session provides a positive and engaging experience to all new colleagues
• Ensure all colleagues complete mandatory training requirements and oversee compliance across the organisation by regularly reviewing data, while leading by example through maintaining full compliance in all areas
• Support the Learning Manager - Health to ensure the annual personal development reviews and personal development plans are in place for all colleagues and evidenced in the learning management system
• Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Lead to increase the provision of management and leadership training opportunities across Provide Community
• Develop and continually refresh a suite of online resources to support self-directed learning for colleagues through the learning management system

This exciting role within the Talent and Learning team will be responsible for designing and delivering development programmes for colleagues across Provide.
This includes supporting with coaching initiatives across Provide, ensuring mandatory training compliance for all colleagues is above the required level and collaborating with colleagues to support with training projects across the organisation.
