Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
Conduct detailed analysis of market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies
Manage the sales pipeline using in house systems
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and negotiate contracts
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions
Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales is a MUST, specifically within Commercial cleaning
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to engage with diverse client bases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport quickly
Organised, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving abilities
You must be able to meet targets
