Trinity Academy Newcastle is a SEMH setting currently requiring significant improvement. We seek a visionary, tenacious Head of School to lead our transformation, build a thriving therapeutic environment, and secure outstanding outcomes for our vulnerable pupils.

The Opportunity:

• Lead our journey, shaping a culture of high expectations, safety, and deep care.
• Provide strategic, operational, and inspirational leadership, working with the Trust to implement rapid, sustainable improvement.
• Develop and implement an ambitious, personalised curriculum meeting complex needs.
• Foster a positive, reflective, and relational environment for staff, ensuring exceptional teaching and learning.
• Champion safeguarding, wellbeing, and the holistic development of every child.

You will bring:

• Proven track record of leading successful school improvement, ideally within SEMH or challenging contexts.
• Deep understanding of therapeutic approaches and complex needs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Inspiring, compassionate, and values-led approach.
