Applicants should possess excellent subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons that promote curiosity, high expectations and inclusive practice for learners of all abilities.
In addition to their work within English, the postholder will contribute to Drama teaching and classroom provision, helping to maintain the high standards and creative ethos of the department. A willingness to bring energy, collaboration and imagination to Drama lessons will be highly valued.
The role also includes contributing to and marking assessments, creating resources across KS3 and KS4, and engaging fully in departmental meetings, INSET and training. The successful candidate will join a supportive, forward-thinking team committed to delivering excellent learning experiences across the school.
