Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Applicants must be enthusiastic, dedicated to the welfare and achievement of every child, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the staff team.
You will have:
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years (DfE approved)
• A high standard of written and spoken English
• Excellent numeracy skills
• A calm, positive and patient attitude
• A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
• Previous experience of working within EYFS or Nursery environment and Key Stage 1
• Previous SEN experience preferable
