What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Head Chef
- Solid understanding of special diets, allergens, nutrition, and hydration
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality, well-presented dishes
- Strong organisation skills and a calm, reliable approach
- Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a nursing home or care setting
- Experience managing and developing kitchen teams
