Summary
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a well-established design practice based in Gloucester. The successful candidate will work on exciting projects within the hospitality sector, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to deliver exceptional hospitality projects.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements.
- Assist with project coordination and problem-solving during design and construction phases.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
