Your new role
As Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, you'll lead the design and execution of a comprehensive workforce planning and skills management strategy. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to anticipate future workforce needs, identify critical skills gaps, and implement innovative talent solutions. The role involves building robust SWP frameworks, driving upskilling and reskilling programmes, and transforming HR systems to support data-driven decision-making. Apart from the HR Leadership team, working with the CPO to build out the strategy of the future workforce, looking at the impact on external and internal factors across the group.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll bring extensive experience in talent management, or organisational development, with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning and skills management. Proven success in designing and implementing SWP frameworks, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential. Experience with HR technology platforms and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will set you apart. It would be a preference if you have experience of designing a skills-based organisational strategy, with the impact of certain factors, i.e. AI.
