  • Inclusion & SEN: Actively support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they have the resources and care needed to participate.

  • Classroom Logistics: Help maintain a positive atmosphere through effective behavior management and by preparing teaching materials.

  • Student Well-being: Assist with the personal care and general welfare of students, acting as a supportive role model.

  • School Liaison: Coordinate with parents and school staff to ensure every child's development is tracked and supported.

Why Apply? (Benefits)

  • Flexibility: Options for full-time or part-time work to fit your lifestyle.

  • Specialist Support: Guidance from an education consultant and a referral bonus scheme (£300).

  • Nurturing Culture: The chance to work within welcoming, collaborative school teams.

✅ Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Previous work with children (school, nursery, or childcare settings).

  • Skills: Strong behavior management abilities and the capacity to adapt to various learning needs.

  • Academics: GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
