START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
HOURS OF WORK: 32.5 HOURS PER WEEK (TERM TIME ONLY 39 WEEKS)
Due to growth and development of the school, Ty Gwyn School are looking to appoint a number of motivated and caring teaching assistants with a passion for working with pupils with additional leaning need.
Ty Gwyn supports pupils aged 3-19 with autism and /or profound and complex needs. The school is federated with Riverbank and Woodlands High School within the Western Learning Federation. We are proud that the school has a long history of working with other schools and partners including a role as a Pioneer and Innovation school for work on the new curriculum and professional learning.
We pride ourselves on our positive, inclusive and welcoming ethos which has been recognised by Investors in People who has awarded us the highest achieving platinum award. We are a truly unique organisation where our schools support pupils aged 3-19 with Autism and/or profound and complex needs.
