Summary
We are looking for someone who is passionate about their career and helping people to develop theirs. Your role will be to support the team leader in providing day to day clinical leadership and specialist advice to ensure the needs of the patient group are adequately met and care and treatment plans are put in to place at the earliest opportunity. You will need to be committed to maintaining and improving service experience for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis whilst delivering care and treatment to the highest quality. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will need to be able to communicate and work with professionals from a variety of professional backgrounds and a have a compassionate, holistic and person-centered approach to this exciting post. REQUIREMENTS Registered Nurse with current registration (mental health / LD/ Adult) or Registered Health Practitioner (AHP or SW) appropriate to the job role Extensive and recent experience within an EIP clinical setting Broad experience of working with clients with a range of mental health problems Experience of multidisciplinary working Experience of supervising staff and students Experience as a Care Coordinator SPFT staff have the capacity to work from home remotely where applicable and in agreement with your line manager.
