Independent Living Assistant

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent/ part time (21.75 hours per week) Housing Assistant, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £14,957 - £16,356 per annum ( FTE £24,929 - £27,260 per annum) .
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Independent Living Team.
You don’t need to have experience in working in housing to apply for this role. If you believe you have the transferrable skills needed, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in a customer focused role that include:
Working independently as well as part of a wider team
Organisational skills and good time management
Good understanding of Microsoft packages
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
Maintaining accurate and timely records
CCHA owns and manages more than 7,400 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
