Location: Hybrid – Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) & home

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Communications Apprentice to join our dynamic Communications and Design team. In this role, you’ll help create and share content across our internal communication channels including our intranet, internal newsletter and podcast. You’ll put your creative skills to work, helping us to craft and implement engaging campaigns, and to organise and run events. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical skills in writing, digital media, and storytelling, and receive dedicated support from a training provider – all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving a recognised qualification.

Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Passionate about communications, writing and creative content 
A team player who’s organised and proactive 
Curious and eager to learn about communications and engagement  
Comfortable using digital tools  
Creative eye for detail and design  
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks  
Confident working with different teams and audiences    
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.
