Crynodeb
The post holder will provide an efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and administrative support service including all secretarial and administrative duties to the Care Group Service Managers and LeadershipTeams.
To be responsible for providing an efficient secretarial and administrative support service to the Care Group Service Managers and Leadership Teams
The post holder will be the initial liaison contact for staff, patients, service users and other agencies and deal with correspondence and the effective dissemination of information.
Care Group Management and Leadership Team Support
· Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Care Group Service Managers and Leadership Teams asappropriate
· Deal with routine correspondence and telephone calls on behalf of the ServiceManagers
· Diary management for Service Managers including proactive preparation of documentsand papers for agreed meetings asdirected
· Email management for the Service Managers as required andagreed
· To provide administration support to identified work within the pathway asrequested
· Assist the Care Group Service Managers and Leadership Team with the recruitment and selection process; compiling candidate letters, arranging interview dates, ensuring all documentation for successful candidates isreceived
· Distribute relevant information to internal and external organisations on behalf of the Service Manager
· Prepare and coordinate new staffinductions
· To undertake any duties in line with the Service Manager or service’s requirementsas requested.
· Ensuringefficientdaytodaymanagementoftheadministrationoffice,includingbooking meetings, events and meetingrooms.
· Supporting the Service Managers with requests forinformation.
