Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 13:30
Commissioning Engineer required to work in a varied and technically challenging role. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with a global reputation during a busy period of growth.
This role would suit an experienced commissioning engineer with a HNC (or equivalent) in electrical engineering (or similar). You will need a knowledge of PLC fault finding but can come from any background working on industrial machinery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, installing, and troubleshooting machinery on a global basis. You will spend approximately 50% of your time based at the company’s site in Taunton, where you will commission the machinery and the other 50% of your time will be spent visiting customer sites where you will install and maintain machinery.
You can expect to spend anywhere up to two weeks away at a given time, depending on the size of the installation, but all expenses will be covered for you.
The Commissioning Engineer Role:
· Commissioning, installing, and troubleshooting of automated machinery

The Commissioning Engineer Candidate:
· Experience commissioning automated machinery
· Any industry background
