Roles Available:
- 1:1 SEN Support: Helping individual pupils achieve their learning goals
- Small Class Support: Assisting teachers in classes of up to 10 pupils

What You'll Do:
- Support pupils with additional needs in small groups or one-to-one
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in education or care settings is desirable but not essential
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
