The Team and Practice:

The practice prioritises clinical excellence, client and patient care, and adherence to core values. Many clinics are Cat-Friendly, with a minimum of 15-minute consults.

The group operates 8 clinics across South and West Yorkshire, including a 24/7 Tier 3 Hospital, providing comprehensive primary care services such as consultations, preventative healthcare, vaccinations, routine and non-routine surgery, dentistry, and imaging (X-ray, ultrasound). Advanced services include laparoscopy, endoscopy, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, cardiology, CT, and a rehabilitation service offering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and laser therapy.

The team is supportive and collaborative, with regular clinical discussions and social events. Veterinary surgeons are encouraged to pursue certificates or advanced practitioner status, supported by experienced nursing and front-of-house teams.

Hospital Facilities Include:

• Attractive, purpose-built building with ample client parking
• Large waiting room with separate cat/dog areas
• Air-conditioned consulting rooms and fully equipped theatres
• Silver Cat Friendly status
• Dental suite with X-ray
• On-site X-ray, ultrasound, and CT
• Comfortable, spacious staff rest areas
• Middle-tier referrals accepted on-site

The practice has a long-standing reputation for clinical excellence and seeks a colleague who shares its core values. It fosters a friendly, welcoming, and fun work environment with a strong focus on wellbeing, including trained mental health advisors on-site. The practice also champions sustainability, recently receiving the Investors in the Environment Bronze Award.

Benefits:

• Salary up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) + welcome bonus available
• 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave
