Regional Support Manager | South Central England
£85,000 + Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Pension

Care Concern Group’s continued growth has created an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Support Manager to shape the future of care across the South Central region. This is a senior, visible leadership role for someone who thrives on influence, pace, and purpose, where you will be driving excellence across eight diverse services at varying stages of maturity, including four newly commissioned homes.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality, stabilising performance, and building momentum across the region, leaving a legacy of confident leadership, outstanding care, and sustainable growth.

Supporting a mixed portfolio of residential, nursing, and dementia services, this role offers genuine challenge and reward. With regional occupancy currently at 72%, your leadership will be central to driving improvement - embedding strong clinical governance, developing high-performing teams, and accelerating each home toward its full potential. This is an opportunity for a confident, experienced leader who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and ambition into results.

Reporting into a talented Regional Director with strong commercial and operational expertise, you will bring the clinical leadership and nursing insight that completes the regional leadership partnership. Together, this creates a powerful and balanced senior team, combining strategic oversight, commercial strength, and clinical excellence, to drive consistently high standards and exceptional outcomes for residents and teams alike.

Contract

  • Up to £85,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus (Annual)
  • Pension
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Laptop & mobile phone

The Role
As Regional Support Manager, you will lead from the front. Visible, credible, and deeply engaged in the success of every home. You will unite Home Managers, Deputies, and Clinical Leads around a clear vision, supporting them to perform at their best while holding standards high.

You will take ownership of improvement and turnaround activity where required, providing hands-on leadership or interim support to homes needing additional governance or stability. Balancing quality, compliance, and commercial performance, you will ensure every decision reflects both resident wellbeing and long-term sustainability.

Embracing innovation and digital solutions, you will help shape how excellence is delivered across the region. With regular travel across the South Central region, including occasional overnight stays and weekend on-call support, you will be a consistent, trusted presence who drives real impact wherever you go.

About You

You are a confident, nurse-qualified leader (RGN or RMN) with the credibility, presence, and emotional intelligence to influence at every level. While your clinical background underpins your decision-making, you operate comfortably at a strategic and operational level, using insight and data to drive improvement and sustainable performance.

You bring proven experience of leading across multiple services or regions, ideally within care environments, and have a strong track record of improving quality, stabilising teams, and delivering positive regulatory outcomes. You know how to balance compassion with accountability, and quality with commercial reality.

A natural leader who inspires trust and followership, you lead by example - visible, decisive, and prepared to step in when required. You build strong relationships with Home Managers, external stakeholders, regulators, and families, aligning everyone behind a shared vision of success. Resilient, values-driven, and solution-focused, you thrive in environments where your leadership genuinely shapes outcomes.
