We need a fantastic Accounts Assistant who is driven and motivated and eager to make a career for themselves!
As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include;
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Processing purchase ledger and sales ledger
• Proposing payment runs
• Undertaking credit control
• Month end reconciliations including calculation of depreciation, accruals and prepayments
• Liaising with clients, daily, to provide a great client experience
The ideal Accounts Assistant will have the following skills and experiences:
• A minimum of 12 months’ experience as an Accounts Assistant with bank reconciliations and purchase ledger
• To have completed AAT Level 2
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience of Xero would be highly advantageous
• Experience of delivering to multiple stakeholders is desirable
