Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join the team.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the Marsden House 0-18 Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services to support the team with all administration.

We are looking for someone who has experience in using Microsoft office, experience in working with the public and has excellent communication skills.

Hours: Working hours will be upto 30 hours per week

You will be required to work in the office in Chester and the satellite clinic in Kingsley Resource Centre, in Ellesmere Port.

Previous administration experience is essential. We are looking for an individual with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work can handle sensitive information when needed with a flexible approach to working as part of a team.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is able to provide a strictly confidential administrative service making full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion at all times when working with the team and outside agencies.

Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role. We require an individual that can respond appropriately to sensitive information, and to be able to effectively support and help young people and their families that use our services.
