We are looking for a hard working, outgoing customer focused individual to help develop the patient, visitor, and staff experience within the hospital, working closely with customers, patients and staff.

The Role
Carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health & Safety and Personal Hygiene.
Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
Ensure all materials and correct methods of work are undertaken in line with company standard and reporting faults.
Assist in both Patient Hospitality and Retail catering in the provision of direction, guidance and support to all staff within the Catering department to ensure they are able to carry out their role effectively and to the required standards.
Assist the Catering Services Manager in the day to day management of the objectives and targets for the service as outlined in the business plan.
Deal with any incidents or complaints speedily and effectively within company procedures.
Carry out other related duties as required in keeping with the grade and purpose of the post.

Attend training as required by the Retail Services Manager.
