We are committed to building meaningful connections with our patients and their families while delivering high-quality, robust diagnostic assessments. We work closely with GPs and NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to provide carefully vetted assessments and comprehensive clinical reports. Our head office is based in Chichester and supports a growing, multi-disciplinary team. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to support our Finance and Accounts function. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their finance career who is keen to develop practical experience within the health and social care sector. You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting effective communication across the business. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and payments in line with company procedures Maintain and update financial records, databases, and spreadsheets Support the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations Assist with payroll administration, including gathering and checking data Respond promptly and professionally to finance-related queries from colleagues, suppliers, and clients Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems Skills & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English; A-levels desirable Qualifications in finance or business are advantageous but not essential Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is desirable, though not required Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with finance software is beneficial Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn Awareness of confidentiality and data protection principles (particularly within healthcare) is an advantage What we offer 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays 3 paid “festive days” Private Health Insurance Employee Discount Platform EAP Service Pension Contribution Training and development opportunities A culture that challenges the norm – as a family run business, we know how important a fair, flexible employer that listens and cares is.
