Summary
The key responsibilities of the role are: - Working closely with professional heads and the Executive team to provide demonstrable assurance of the quality of clinical services including patient safety, patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes meet the required high standards. - Working closely to develop a clear integrated pathway with effective, evidence based interventions. Responsible for writing business cases and leading staff and stakeholder consultants as required. - Ensuring services are delivered using the resources available, ensuring each service operate within budget and taking action where necessary to manage this. - Working with the Clinical and Deputy Director to recruit , motivate and train the workforce. - To provide assurance of continuous quality improvement of effective and efficient clinical services by ensuring staff are engaged in these initiatives. To be part of and participate in the senior manager on call rota.
