Summary
Maintain accurate statutory and operational records in line with CAFM and estates policies. - Ensure PPM schedules are up to date and delivered within compliance timeframes. - Participate in water safety and ventilation groups, providing specialist technical input. - Assist in risk assessments and implement safe systems of work. - Support sustainability initiatives, including energy reduction, carbon savings, and mechanical system efficiency improvements.
