Your Role

You’ll balance creating memorable guest experiences with delivering premium products and supporting profitability. Based in the hotel and Conference & Events bars, you’ll set up, serve, and close down the bar, serving both food and drinks. You’ll work closely with Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure smooth service, following Apex Brand Standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
  • Providing table service and maintaining high presentation standards
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere and recommending drinks to guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies
  • Supporting smooth coordination between bar and kitchen
  • Recording orders, payments, wastage, and refusals of alcohol
  • Assisting with deliveries and cellar management
