Crynodeb

About you:

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic person to help ensure that Devon Home Choice works as effectively as possible. You will be responsible for producing a large number of both ad-hoc and regular reports, and for updating the Devon Home Choice website (www.devonhomechoice.com). You will therefore need to demonstrate a good level of IT skills (e.g. in Excel and Word) and have a willingness and aptitude to master new IT systems.

About the role:

You will be responsible for organising partnership meetings, and producing clear, concise records of what has been agreed. You will therefore need to be organised and demonstrate experience of presenting information clearly.

You will act as a contact point for queries about the Devon Home Choice policy, procedures and IT system. You will therefore need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of partners and applicants.

About the team:

This role sits under the Devon Home Choice Project Lead and works with partner local authorities and registered partner landlords across Devon. The Devon Home Choice roles sit within the wider Housing Needs department which provides a range of housing and homelessness related services. As a team we are enthusiastic, forward thinking and work flexibly within legislation to achieve positive outcomes for the customers.
