What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and delivering targeted English interventions to individuals and small groups
• Supporting classroom teachers to maximise progress for all pupils
• Leading inspiring reading, writing, and comprehension workshops
• Acting as a dedicated mentor for pupils seeking confidence and stretch in English
• Tracking and reporting pupil achievement to inform bespoke learning
• Working collaboratively on tailored SEN/EAL strategies with expert staff
