Summary

We are now looking for a proactive Exports Logistics Executive with experience of (or the ability to learn) all modes of transport to enhance our busy team.
*
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700hrs
*
Salary: Depending on experience
Exports Logistics Executive Job Specification:
Role requirements of the successful candidate
*
Two years' experience minimum in export operations, on both airfreight and seafreight.
*
Experience completing export documentation, including checking country requirements, and raising Certificates of origin if required.
*
Experience in completing customs declarations.
*
Experience of CNS and Destin8. Our forwarding software is Multi-freight.
*
Strong attention to detail.
*
Good communication skills and friendly personality.
*
Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
*
Strong and dynamic team player.
*
Excellent English and Maths skills.
Job responsibilities and tasks:
*
Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
*
Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
*
Arranging collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines.
*
Completing customs entries.
