Job Introduction

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations by planning, scheduling, and delivering all planned, reactive, and statutory activities on time while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, SLAs, KPIs, and ISO standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team — managing performance, recruitment, training, succession planning, HR processes, staff meetings, and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records, support financial performance, assist the Unit/Soft Services Manager, and contribute to commercial targets and continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S and LEAN).
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs, escalating issues appropriately, supporting other sites when required, and identifying opportunities for service or business growth.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery and workplace safety through effective supervision, adherence to procedures, and active participation in Sodexo initiatives and activities.

What you'll bring:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve standards, operate to performance criteria, and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; literate and numerate.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and confident in issuing simple instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; communicates effectively with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Well-organised with excellent time management.
