This advert is open to both Internal and external applicants.
You will be reporting to the depot on Cromer Road at the start and end of each shift. You will be out in the community for the waste collections.
We have 5 available positions for the role of Waste Labourer to support our service with the collection of waste and recycling materials. These positions are full time, working 37 hours per week from Mon – Fri.
All contracts are subject to the candidates completing a full induction course including health and safety in refuse collection. Full training will be provided for the role.
We are looking for people that are:
Physically fit and capable of walking up to 70 miles per week emptying wheelie bins in all types of weather conditions. The is a requirement due to the physical nature of the role.
Self-motivated
Capable of understanding verbal and written instructions
A great team player
Willing to undertake training
