Summary
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair gas boilers, cookers, and other domestic gas appliances
Conduct diagnostics and fault-finding
Complete landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations
Provide clear communication with customers and the office team
Maintain accurate job records and documentation
Requirements
Must be Gas Safe Registered (or willing to work under company registration)
Proven experience in domestic gas engineering
Valid ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, etc.)
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience with heat pumps, plumbing, or electrical work
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
Knowledge of smart heating systems (Hive/Nest)
