Summary
We are excited to recruit for two part-time Customer Care Representatives to join our team at Oakhouse Foods (HCS-FOODS LTD) to support us on a fix term contract for a 3-month busy period, as well as one permanent position. Permanent Position 27.5 hours and the fixed term 22 hours

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Directors your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
Being able to match products and services to a customer's needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
You will need:
to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
to have attention to details, patience, accuracy, ability to meet sales goals and data entry skills are required.
to be IT literate with Microsoft word & excel skills, although not essential.
Working knowledge of SAP system would be an added advantage.
