Summary
Are you a registered technician looking for a new challenge and a chance to expand your knowledge and experience. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic, forward thinking Homecare Services Team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and ambitious pharmacy technician to participate in and support the provision, development and leadership of our well established team.
You will work in partnership with the Chief Pharmacist, Principal Technician for High-cost drugs and Homecare, clinical pharmacy team and homecare service providers to ensure safe, effective, economical, and timely pharmaceutical care for all patients receiving medicines supply via a Homecare Service prescribed by CRH.
You will lead, manage and develop the pharmacy operational technical service related to medicines homecare at CRH in line with RPS Standards, national good practice guidelines and local policy and procedures.
To support the delivery of a high-quality homecare medicines service by regular liaison with hospital medical, nursing and pharmacy staff, and representatives of homecare companies.
