Summary
CUPRA Fife is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Manager to manage warranty operations for our SEAT and CUPRA franchises. This role is ideal for a skilled administrator seeking a flexible schedule. You will process claims in an efficient manner, maximising revenue while maintaining strict compliance with Volkswagen Group (VWG) standards.

Responsibilities:
Daily submission of warranty and goodwill claims via SAGA/2.
Reconciling warranty payments and investigating unpaid claims.
Auditing job cards to ensure "3 Cs" (Complaint, Cause, Correction) compliance.
Managing the retention and displacement of warranty parts.
Advising Service Advisors and Technicians on claim validity and evidence requirements.
Requirements:
Essential: Previous experience in Warranty Administration within the Volkswagen Group.
Systems: Proficiency with SAGA/2 and ELSA/ElsaPro is non-negotiable.
Self-Motivated: Discipline to manage workload remotely without constant supervision.
Given the size of our workshop and our team of four technicians, we anticipate this role will require up to 12 hours per week. Please note that there may be fluctuations in the workflow, so we would expect a degree of flexibility.
