About the role
Source Supply are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a large, friendly primary school in central Chesterfield, conveniently located with excellent public transport links. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning in a Year 3 classroom during the mornings and deliver targeted intervention sessions across a range of year groups in the afternoons.
We are seeking someone with a calm, nurturing, and supportive approach, who is able to build strong, positive relationships with both pupils and staff. Experience working with children who have additional needs would be highly advantageous.

Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting
- A nurturing, patient and consistent approach
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
