About the Role:We are looking for dedicated and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across West Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, thrive in new environments, and want to make a meaningful impact in local communities.
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach in your subject specialism.
- Step into classrooms across diverse schools, from coastal towns like Worthing and Bognor Regis to historic centres such as Chichester.
- Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behaviour effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different school cultures and follow lesson plans where provided.
