Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the delivery of an inclusive youth engagement programme focused on increasing access to local green spaces. The role involves coordinating activities for young people, particularly girls, young women, and young people with disabilities.
Key areas include youth co-design, inclusive sports and activities, nature-based engagement, creative sessions, and delivery of a summer youth festival. The successful candidate will work with partners to design and deliver accessible activities, manage budgets, oversee delivery partners, lead marketing and social media, and monitor project outcomes.
This role is offered on a self-employed freelance or consultancy basis.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating community or youth projects
Ability to manage budgets, partners, and timelines
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience working with diverse groups
Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and equality practices
Valid DBS and appropriate insurance (required)
