The Role
We’re looking for a Skilled Maintenance Operative to deliver high-quality planned and responsive repairs in tenants’ homes and on construction sites. The role covers a broad range of work including refurbishments, damp repairs, kitchen and bathroom fitting, painting and decorating, landscaping, and plastering.
You’ll provide a reliable service during core hours, with flexibility to support out-of-hours work when needed. You’ll manage your own workload, work safely with a range of tools and equipment, and be keen to develop new skills. Supporting apprentices and trainees will also be part of the role.
