We are seeking to appoint an Administrator join Clayesmore and support the Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join, work in and contribute to our wonderful school.
Nestled in the picturesque Dorset countryside, Clayesmore is a vibrant community where students thrive both academically and personally. Our dynamic curriculum, both inside and outside the classroom, creates a buzzing atmosphere teeming with possibilities. From outstanding academic achievements to personalised support in our renowned learning department, we ensure success at every level. Opening in early 2026 the nursery at Clayesmore will extend the excellent offering to our youngest pupils.
As an SLT Administrator the primary focus of the role will be to allow the schools SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to focus on their strategic roles by providing administrative support. You will be a dedicated person who ensures essential organisation and compliance tasks are carried out on time and without mistakes.
The role will be varied and have elements of compliance, internal and external communication as well as administrative support for the SLT team. You will also be involved in supporting both internal school and external events and activities.
We are looking for an administrator who is able to work well as part of a team. Having prior school experience is not essential however would be looked upon favorably.
This is a part time, term time only role. Working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day. We would also welcome applications from those looking for a Job Share.
