At East Lindsey District Council, we believe heritage and culture are at the heart of regeneration and community pride. We’re looking for a passionate leader to drive our ambitious Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation (NPO) programme—bringing creativity, heritage, and innovation together to transform lives across South and East Lincolnshire.

As Arts and Culture Programme Manager, you’ll:

Lead and deliver inspiring arts and cultural projects that celebrate local heritage.
Manage all aspects of the NPO programme—from commissioning and budgeting to event planning and evaluation.
Work with creative practitioners, partners, and communities to increase engagement and raise the profile of arts and culture.
Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring cultural activity reaches every corner of our partnership area.

We’re looking for someone who combines creative vision with strong project management skills, strategic awareness, and the ability to build partnerships. You’ll need experience managing budgets, delivering cultural projects, and engaging diverse communities.

This is your chance to be an ambassador for the arts, shape cultural strategy, and make a lasting impact on our region. You’ll join a forward-thinking council that values creativity, collaboration, and flexible working.

If you’re a dynamic project manager with a passion for arts, heritage, and community engagement, we’d love to hear from you.
