Summary
Your Role
Uplands Junior, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a caring and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our friendly team. This role is vital in supporting our pupils during the day, ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for all.
To support teachers and students as directed and ensure that classes are appropriately managed during times of teacher absence. To be responsible for the delivery of pre-planned cover of lessons and the delivery of daily PSHE.
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with children and is approachable, patient, and kind
Has good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Is reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the school community
Will promote inclusion and respect across all groups of pupils
