Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

This role is the ideal first step into SEN class teaching for those with excellent classroom practice and a desire to broaden their impact beyond mainstream and into SEN teaching, ensuring that the provision for children reflects best practice.

We are also interested in hearing from candidates who themselves have a strong background in SEN teaching and who believe that they could offer this support to others and are interested in career development.

We are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed class teacher to join our talented team in April 2026. If you have a strong desire to ensure that children with severe to moderate learning difficulties receive the very best education and support possible – come join us!

What the school offers its staff

We have a strong and capable team of experienced SEN staff who are able to support and provide training for those new to SEN or new to teaching.

Our children currently benefit from the support of a staff team who have a range of backgrounds and prior work experiences and we think this is a strength within our team
