Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator who is looking to join our motivatedand committed team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who will bring organisation and commitment to this role, ensuring all duties are completed to thehighest standard. You will need to be personable and have good communication skills.

The administration team provides the first point of contact for staff, pupils, families andvisitors to the school. The ability to keep a cool head under pressure is essential, as is a friendly and professional approach with all staff, children, parents and visitors alike. Thesuccessful applicant will have experience of working in a busy office within an educational setting. Arbor experience and an excellent level of IT skills are desirable, attention to detailis essential.

Reporting directly to the school Lead Administrator and Leadership Team, the Administrator will be working closely with our Data Manager supporting with attendance and administrative and organisational processes as required,ensuring all administrative aspects of the school run efficiently through effective workingpractices.
