Summary
Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Casual Internal Verifier (IQA) - Health & Social care to join Buckinghamshire College Group.
We are seeking a Casual IQA to support the quality assurance of assessments and observations within our Health & Social Care Apprenticeships and Health Tech provision.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and confident with IT systems, as you will be completing IQA activities through the OneFile online portfolio system and conducting Assessor observations.
You will also be required to attend our Aylesbury Campus for standardisation meetings and External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold recognised qualifications in both Assessing and Internal Quality Assurance (Verifying).
- Ensure the quality of assessment activities, confirming they are accurate, valid, and fit for purpose.
- Provide guidance and support to assessors, helping them meet all quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain consistency, fairness, and reliability across all assessment processes.
