Summary

ROLE: GANGER / FOREMAN
LOCATION: WORTHING, SUSSEX BN11
START: 05/01/26
DURATION: 6 MONTHS+
RATE: £250 PER DAY


We require an experienced Ganger / Working Foreman for a civils project in Worthing, Sussex. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and supervising the work within your gang, ensuring that all work carried out is safe and to a high standard. You will have proven supervisory experience in a Civils environment.

Key Duties

* Delivering morning briefing: RAMS, toolbox talks and work distribution
* Daily supervision of site and plant operatives
* Good communication skills including liaising with the public as required
* Strong attention to ensuring high Health & Safety & Environmental Standards at all times
* A hands on approach and positive attitude

You will need:

* A CSCS Card
* SSSTS / SMSTS certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* Full Orange PPE
* Be able to provide references from previous employment
