Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Admissions Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Officer to join our team and play a key role in delivering a smooth, positive, and professional admissions experience. In this role, you will manage the applicant journey from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring timely processing of applications, accurate data entry, and strong communication with prospective learners. You will ensure the effective delivery of a wide range Admissions activities including assessing learners' eligibility for funding to participating in recruitment events.

About You

You will have experience of working in a busy, high achieving customer support team, preferably within an educational environment. This experience will also be supplemented with knowledge of student admissions procedures, student eligibility fee rules and student record systems. You will also be able to deliver services with excellent customer care with a positive, tactful, and sympathetic approach.

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
