Based in Swindon - Hybrid
Temporary - 6 weeks
Tate are working with a leading public organisation that champions the protection and celebration of the nation's historic environment. They are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on a temporary basis, working for a 6 week period.
You will be working within the central HR Team, with key responsibilities including:
- Manage a caseload of complex issues including sickness, performance management and grievances.
- Handle general HR queries from managers and staff.
- Deliver coaching and training to managers on people management.
- Undertake Occupational Health referrals.
- Provide support at meetings (including minute‑taking).
- Support managers to resolve issues
Skills / Experience:
- Experience managing a personal caseload of complex HR issues.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills to help managers reach pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to build effective relationships and promote fairness, innovation and learning.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Confident communicator, open and collaborative.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR/Midland iTrent)
