Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Careline Officer to join our dedicated team providing 24/7 support to vulnerable individuals through our emergency response service. You will be the first point of contact for service users, responding to alarm calls and coordinating appropriate assistance to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to emergency alarm calls.
- Assess situations and coordinate appropriate responses, including contacting emergency services or next of kin.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken.
- Provide reassurance and emotional support to service users during distressing situations.
- Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.
- Monitor and test equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
