Summary

HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, Sustainability, Planning and Communication Design.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Marketing team and colleagues across the practice to produce high-quality digital and print materials for HTA’s campaigns and events. This fast-paced role requires strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, remain composed under pressure, and engage effectively with people at all levels of the business. A key focus of this role is ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications, maintaining a cohesive and professional identity across digital, print, and event materials.

​To be considered for the role the successful candidate will have:

- A Graphic Design degree or relevant equivalent qualifications.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably within Marketing.
- Previous experience working within an architecture or other design studio is desirable.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work
- A good standard of education, including excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence and ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Affinity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofing, grammar and spelling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships and to work alongside colleagues and clients to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Ability to use initiative and to work autonomously.
- A creative team player with a high level of flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively and to respond proactively and when required.
- Strong awareness of design trends and creative thinking with the ability to deliver quality projects efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Flexible to work on a variety of different projects across teams.
- A quick learner with the ability to understand the business and its functions.
- Dedicated to own learning and development.​
